Friend of Reflector Project and previous guest of Rector’s Cupboard, Julian Davis Reid, will be in town this summer running a summer school course at the Vancouver School of Theology, exploring and expanding on his Notes of Rest work that was discussed at our 2023 fall conference. Julian is an author, theologian, and musician. His work blends these practices together to explore rest in a restless world.

While Julian is in town, he is also doing a free Hymn Swing service at Brentwood Presbyterian Church, Sunday, July 13, 7pm. This will be live streamed (available to watch here) as well as in-person.
